THE POSITION:
General Summary: As a vital part of the Corporate Sales Team, you create and maintain business client relationships based on trust. You identify sales opportunities (hardware, software, and installation), respond to quote and service requests, and manage contracts. We provide the training; you provide the positive attitude and personality!
- Executive client relationship management: this includes maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new potential clients. Communication is via outbound/onsite calls, phone, email, and walk-in
- Meeting with clients in-person to establish IT needs and have business conversations
- Working closely with Service, Design and Project Teams to source correct services and products to meet clients’ needs
- Offering and responding to quote requests for IT hardware, software and installation
- Overseeing the accurate delivery of services
- Tracking opportunities from lead stage to completion
- Tracking client visits
- As a key member of the Corporate Sales Team, forecasting monthly and quarterly sales

- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good understanding of business concepts
- Computer literacy and familiarity with technology is a definite asset!
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and uses is also an asset!
