Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) builds, and maintains the customer prospect database via online research, and by contacting prospective clients on behalf of senior management and/or Outside Sales representatives. Our organization is geared toward selling the value of investing more into IT to drive business results.
The primary prospecting activity is actively calling prospects over the phone. You can develop your own areas of market focus and lead generation mix, but cold calling is essential. You will be planning and organizing your day to be most productive including outbound calling, and appointment setting. Relationship building with prospects is critical in this role.
There are three equally important outcomes or results that are expected from this role: Talking to as many Qualified Prospects as possible and delivering “Our Message” to every one of them, even if they do not agree to a meeting. Scheduling as many Qualified Prospect meetings as possible Building and maintaining a “warm” prospect database.
